Your total is built from four components: the Texas statutory notary fee, a travel fee based on distance from our Jersey Village base, a service premium for specialty appointments (hospitals, jails, estate packages), and any applicable surcharges for timing or additional services. All mobile notary appointments are subject to a $40 minimum. If your calculated total is less than $40, the minimum applies.

Payment is collected when you book your appointment. We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our online booking system. For on-site scope changes (additional documents or signers discovered at the appointment), we accept tap-to-pay at the door.
Appointments cancelled with more than 2 hours notice receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice or no-shows are subject to a $40 cancellation fee. If we are unable to complete the notarization due to signer incapacity, missing identification, or other issues outside our control, the travel fee still applies.
